Air quality incentive program needed public buy-in. Technical jargon wasn't cutting it and participation was complex.

Coached program team through human-centered service design
EJ component: Targeted Spanish-speaking small business owners for demographics of high pollution areas, and rural counties first to compensate for high year-after-year participation from metro counties
Funding increased year after year due to high visibility and success of the program
Program managers got better at optimizing their service design and communication drafts each year
My digestible metrics spread far and wide, and are cited by news, nonprofits, other states, etc.
